Have You Heard About Our Refund Policy?

A lost of you are new to Vacation Races and our race series, so we would like to post a few things so you can get to know us.  The first thing we want you to know about is our refund policy. We have a refund, deferment, and transfer policy that we are pretty proud of. We understand plans change. We get that sometimes it just doesn’t make sense to register for a race almost a year from now when you don’t know who might be getting married that weekend, if your boss is going to drop some major project in your lap, or if you’re going to get wicked shin splints the week before the race! We also have costs and logistics that we need to navigate. So, in an effort to be accommodating of your busy life, you have three options:

1. Get a refund
2. Transfer your registration
3. Defer your registration

Refund: We offer a FULL refund up until March 2nd. After that you can get a 50% refund all the way up until race day (there is NO REFUND ON RACE DAY). Seriously, we don’t know of another refund policy like this.

Transfer: You can transfer your registration to another runner, though there are some dates and fees you need to be aware of.

Deferment: Runners will be allowed to defer their registration to any future Vacation Races event within 12 months of the date of request for a $20 deferment fee. Only the amount of the registration, not the race extras or processing fees, will be deferred.

We love our runners, and want to do everything we can to make this race an enjoyable experience for you. This is just one of the ways we try to be accommodating and flexible for you so you can have piece of mind.
