On February 28th we visited our friends over at Gnarly Nutrition to co-host a seminar on Nutrition Tips for Distance Runners.
Shannon O’Grady presented her tips for how distance runners can better nourish themselves to stay hydrated and keep their energy up while running.
Shannon is the Director of Product for Gnarly Nutrition. She has her doctorate in biology from the University of Utah and has researched nutritional physiology.
