Vacation Races

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any event, website, or service offered by Vacation Races (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not participate in any Company services.
 

2. Services Overview

Vacation Races organizes endurance events, including but not limited to:

• Half marathons, ultramarathons, trail races, and 5K/10K events

• Destination-based running experiences

• Travel and adventure-based running programs

Events are designed to take place in outdoor environments, often in remote or natural locations.
 

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each event, be physically capable of participating, and provide accurate and complete registration information.

We reserve the right to refuse participation at our discretion.
 

4. Registration and Payment

 

4.1 Fees

All registration fees are due at the time of booking. Fees may vary by event and availability and are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

 

4.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to registration.

 

5. Deferrals, Transfers and Changes

 

5.1 Deferrals

Participants may defer entries to a future event subject to applicable administrative fees and deadlines. Deferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.

 

5.2 Transfers

Race entries may be transferred subject to deadlines and transfer fees. Transfers apply only to race entries and do not include add-ons.

 

5.3 Distance Changes

Participants may change race distances. Additional fees apply for upgrades, and no refunds are provided for downgrades.

 

6. Cancellation and Weather Policy

 

6.1 Event Conditions

Events take place rain or shine.

 

6.2 Modifications or Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel, delay, modify, or shorten any event due to safety concerns, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unsafe course conditions.

 

6.3 Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather-related cancellations.

 

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in events involves inherent risks, including physical injury, death, environmental hazards, wildlife encounters, and terrain-related risks.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.

 

8. Medical Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate and for carrying any required hydration or nutrition.

We reserve the right to remove participants deemed unfit to continue.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must treat others with respect, follow all race rules and instructions, and avoid unsafe or disruptive behavior.

We may disqualify or remove participants for violations without refund.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, event materials, and website content are the property of Vacation Races and may not be used without permission.

 

11. Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be captured in photos, video, or audio and used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

 

12. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third parties such as registration platforms or accommodation providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, transactions, or policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vacation Races shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses related to travel, lodging, or personal expenses, or event changes or cancellations.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vacation Races from any claims arising from your participation or your breach of these Terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law
